Our Departments

NEMA delivers its mission through specialised departments, each serving the Nigeria Church and Missions movement.

Department

Finance & Administration

This department runs the Headquarters operations and performs administrative, secretarial, financial, accounting and personnel-management functions for the Association. It facilitates the planning and hosting of meetings, trainings and consultations, and oversees human-resource management, asset and project management, finance and accounting — including strategies for mobilizing financial resources and partnership for the sustenance of the Association's vision. It functions in two units: Finance & Accounting (headed by a Finance Manager) and Administration/Personnel (headed by an Administrative Secretary).

Bible Translation and Scripture Engagement
Department

Bible Translation & Scripture Engagement

This department facilitates the availability of the Scriptures in the heart languages of needy groups and catalyses effective Scripture engagement toward multiplying disciples, especially among unreached peoples. It works with established Bible-translation organisations, support groups and NEMA member agencies to end Scripture poverty.

Member Care

NEMA places high premium on the welfare of her members and gospel labourers in general. The Member Care department provides emotional, mental and spiritual support for member agencies and their missionaries. It also renders services in pastoral care, counseling and human-resource development, so that member agencies' and missionaries' needs are holistically catered for.
